In order to benefit from the energy of the group while respecting each person, the small classes (12 people maximum) offer a good follow-up of each student and the possibility of practicing according to his pace and capacities.

SCHEDULE

Rates | 1 hour class

Valid from September 12th 2023 to June 25th 2024

Rate trial class: 15€ (the trial class is only valid for one session)

Rate individual class: 25€
Package rate 5 classes: 105€ (valid for 6 weeks from the first course practiced)
Package rate 15 classes: 265€ (valid for 17 weeks from the first course practiced)
Package rate 30 classes: 465€ (valid from September 2023 to June 2024)

For packages of 15 and 30 classes, payment can be staggered.
All Téhima packages are personal and are not transferable to another person.
They are not refundable or transferable to the following year.

Individual class

For a more in-depth work, the teacher offers a personalized guidance and practices adapted to the different needs and lifestyles of each person.

Enjoy the practice of Téhima while staying at home!
I offer video-conferencing Téhima classes from my space.
The sessions are interactive and allow a good follow-up of each student and the possibility to practice according to his or her rhythm and abilities.
